Mr. Anis Nazar, Senior Architect, Founder
Anis A. Nazar founded the firm in 1982. He has more than 39 years of experience in the field of architecture and a master's degree in urban planning obtained in 1995 from the Université de Montréal. Through more than 800 projects carried out by his firm, he has acquired a solid expertise in planning and management as a project manager for public bodies.
He was a teacher at the École d'architecture de l'Université de Montréal between 1999 and 2013 where he taught architectural students at the master's "project management" and "administration of the construction contract ". His advanced technical knowledge of the behavior of the materials and components of the building envelope, developed during his years of practice, makes him a resource person when carrying out projects.

Mrs. Pei-Ching Ho, architect
Pei-Ching Ho, arch. has acted as project manager and assistant project manager for nearly 150 institutional mandates of various sizes. It ensures follow-up, communication and continuous availability to customers and other stakeholders. His sense of organization and management as well as his thorough knowledge of construction are guarantees of exemplary results that can be found in all his projects.
She has extensive expertise in project development, contractual aspects of various construction markets, building technology, project team organization, coordination with various project stakeholders, logistics realization, drafting of specifications, tendering and supervision of works. In addition, she regularly conducts feasibility studies, research on specific construction methods, development of effective details and upgrading to standards.

Mr. Fady Awad, Architect, PA LEED
Fady Awad, arch. has participated in over a hundred medium and small institutional projects as project manager or assistant and principal designer. He has a wide range of expertise that has allowed him to gain extensive experience at all stages of the project; development of a project, the contractual aspects of the various construction markets, building technology, project team organization, coordination with various project stakeholders, logistics of execution, drafting of tendering and monitoring of works.
Within our firm, he has developed several design concepts that optimize the needs of the customers and has provided ecological solutions and substantial energy savings. He stands out for his determination to coordinate projects from the point of view of technical solutions, budget validation and cost control.
