ANA ARCHITECTURE is the transition of ANIS NAZAR ARCHITECTE, founded in 1982 to provide professional services in architecture and interior design. Our services cover the institutional, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
Since the inception of the firm, our teams have completed over 850 projects in a variety of sectors, building up a wealth of diversified and specialized experience. The special attention we pay to each and every customer, and our respect for their vision and expectations of their future building, have earned us an excellent reputation with a diverse and repeat clientele.
Our services cover all phases of the project, from the pre-conceptual stages through to commissioning. They include feasibility studies, preliminary designs, construction estimates, drawings and specifications, coordination between various project stakeholders, tender and permit documents, and site supervision.
We are committed to actively participating and supervising all stages of the project to ensure that the program, schedule and budget established by the customer are respected.
Vision
For ANA ARCHITECTURE, every building fulfills a function and reflects an image both inside and out. To this end, our office has always maintained a policy of preparing projects that emphasize both aesthetics and functionality.
Our perception of aesthetics identifies with beauty, emotion, originality and harmonious integration with the surrounding environment. Team
We are a team of experienced architects and technicians dedicated to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers. We share a common vision of creating a healthy, sustainable and optimal environment in the context of each project.
Fady Awad was a teaching assistant in the architecture department at two prestigious universities in Egypt for several years before joining ANA Architecture in 2011. From the moment he joined the team, he stood out for his dynamism, sense of responsibility and pursuit of excellence in architectural practice. Since then, he has risen through the ranks from project manager to principal partner in 2017.
Fady has been involved in nearly 250 projects across various sectors and scales, more than half of which are institutional. His extensive experience covers all stages of a project implementation: from design to development, including contractual aspects, building technology, interdisciplinary coordination, team organization, site logistics, specifications preparation, calls for tender and construction supervision.
Within the firm, he has designed many innovative layouts focused on optimizing customer needs. He has also integrated ecological and energy-efficient solutions, contributing to substantial savings. With his vast experience in many complex, multidisciplinary projects, he knows how to anticipate challenges and quickly propose effective solutions. He stands out for his rigorous coordination, budget validation, quality control, cost and schedule management.
Pei-Ching Ho gained her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Université de Montréal in 2003, after completing a technology diploma in architecture at Vanier College. Demonstrating skill, boldness and determination, she took the helm of the firm ANA Architecture in 2014 after acquiring solid knowledge and valuable experience from founder Mr. Anis Nazar architect since 2003.
For over 20 years, Pei-Ching has acted as project manager, lead designer and site supervisor on hundreds of public and private sector projects, including nearly 250 institutional mandates of different scales. She has extensive expertise in planning, directing and developing complex projects, ensuring adherence to the program, seamless communication between stakeholders, in-depth analysis of challenges and enhanced follow-up at every stage of the project.
In addition to her leadership skills, Pei-Ching’s analytical mind and attention to detail and rigor have led her to regularly direct feasibility studies, research into specific construction methods, development of efficient details, as well as code compliance and universal accessibility projects.
