ANIS A. NAZAR has been practicing architecture for OVER 30 YEARS. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture as well as a master’s degree in urban planning obtained in 1996 at the University of Montreal.
Mr. Nazar also teaches ''Construction site management and architectural office administration'' at the School of Architecture of the University of Montreal.
Since the inception of the firm ANIS NAZAR architect, he has accomplished OVER SIX HUNDRED PROJECTS with his team in different sectors that enabled him to gain a diversified experience in a vast field of practice. Mr. Nazar's design record is impressive, consisting of successful projects such as the SAINT–LAURENT LEISURE CENTER now recognized as Quebec's reference in designing leisure center. This project of magnitude was recognized not only for the rapidity of its execution but also by merits of being on schedule and within budgetary estimates and constraints.
His talent in maintaining communication with the client at the highest order, as well as HIS RESPECT OF THEIR VISION AND EXPECTATIONS concerning their future building, earned him an excellent reputation among a diverse and repetitive clientele. Among this clientele, are ABB, Sika Canada Inc., Corporation du Centre des congrès de la Gaspésie, Lester-B.-Pearson School Board, Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Board, Montreal city, etc. Similar attention and respect would be accorded to all future clients.
His main task within the team is mainly to supervise and elaborate the conceptual, technical and contractual elements leading to the successful achievement of the client's program and expectations. He is also responsible for verifying and validating the contractual documents, maintaining close communication and availability throughout all phases of a project, all within the constraints of fixed schedules and budgets.
